Yeah, that's right, we built a ramp and then took a rented BMX bike
and my rollerblades off it into the ocean. We were on a time table
because Quinn was moving out the next weekend. We would have
regretted if we didn't do it. I salvaged wood from Key West dumpsters
and Quinn and I built the ramp in about 4 hours. There are videos
in the videos section of my site.
As far as my trip to RI goes... I'm Keith Hernandez!

I put some pictures from
Kayaking
around Key West up. These are stolen from Erica, the
picture crazy person who was smart enough to bring a waterproof
camera.
Last weekend, I finally took a trip to the
Everglades,
like I have been meaning to ever since I've come down here.
It was the inevitable meeting of both the volleyball friends
and the work/bar/how did I meet you? friends.
Airboats are awesome! Alligators and Panthers are cool too.
Getting stuck in the mud... well that's fun for everyone else.

Wow, its been a while since I posted anything on here. Noone has
complained, so I guess the traffic has been kinda slow. Anyway,
I've met some cool new people here in Key West.
My parents visited and we took a trip to the
Dry Tortugas.
They were great guests, they did my laundry and cooked dinner one
night while on vacation!
St Patrick's Day
was incredible. I went out with John, Tracie, Stacey, Erica and
Chrissy. We met up with some other people including this Craig
guy. Great stories all around. These people are making their way
up the power rankings.

So, I've made my first trip down to Key West. It is a pretty
interesting place to see. Unfortunately I was off my camera game
and did not take any pics. After a rough time of it, I finally
found a place to live. Its got 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room
and kitchen. Basically, its Hotel Phil South, I'm starting a chain.
Additionally, I've found some time to post pictures from Curt's
Birthday down in Harrisburg..
Finally, I've posted (censored) pictures from what proved to big
one of my biggest pimp weekends of the year. I went out in State
College with Katie, Julia and Tia. Tia's friend Sarah showed up
later and we all had a fantastic time!

Typical weekend, went somthing like this: Drink, eat, sleep,
wake up at 8:30am, tailgate, come home, shower, watch PSU
beat Illinois, drive to Williamsport for
pics from
Tia and Pat's Wedding, drink, eat, dance lots, chill some,
drive back, arriving at 2am, pick up Buck, Christy, Mike, Wiggins
and the Poffster from the bars, eat late night pizza, sleep, clean.
Phew!

Yet another weekend where my place is used to house about 20 people
for a Penn State game. I went to probably the best tailgate ever
because of the people that were around and played cornhole for the
first time. In the usual Phil manner, I didn't get pictures of that
but got pictures of a bunch of other fun stuff. Anyway, enjoy the

last weekend including some from a toga party.

Back to the old HHPA for
Clay and Suzanne's Wedding.
It was really too bad that I couldn't go back to NY earlier and
meet up with everyone for the days preceeding the wedding.
Anyway it was great to get back to see everyone and do some crazy
dancing. Thanks to Clay (who got married with sunglasses on) and
Suzanne for putting together an awesome wedding.

Last weekend, we all headed to Harrisburg for a weekend with the
Curt Daddy. Even Megan flew in from California, but somehow I
missed getting a picture of her. Pics have been posted, I think
most of us would like to forget that there was a
PSU vs Notre Dame
football game on and remember the attempted swirly, the action
Elmo got, Dane's intern and Curt Daddy's Boss.

This weekend I participated in the
Fire Fighter For a Day,
put on by the Alpha Fire Company. My pictures really don't do the
experience justice. We got to crawl through a "smoke trailer",
put out a simulated car fire, do a complete vehicle extraction,
go for a ride on the hook and ladder and go on a real call. Of course
in State College, the real call was a couple drunk people attempting
to make mozzarella sticks and lighting their stove on fire at 1:30am.
The local (Channel 10) news covered the vehicle extraction and I was
on the news using some hydraulic tools for a total of 3 seconds.
I'm famous now!
After this, I definitely have to give props to Russ and John who are
in the NYPD.

Well it finally happened,
Buck and Christy got married! The entire
wedding weekend was filled with fun and of course, unexpected
events.
Here are the highlights in time order.
- Email chain with some fantastic stories, start getting
the excitement flowing.
- Brett brings me to a reception with free food and drinks
for the special olympics helpers. Vendors decide to
provide us free drinks all night.
- Burger King Crowns!
- Brett continues to be just plain on fire with
girls when we go out thursday night and run into bachelor
party groupies.
- Tux miscommunications, I try on Mark's
- "Scotch, Scotch, Scotch!"
- "They are dropping like Flies"
- Buck in reference to his family health problems.
- 20 person flip cup games.
- Brian talks about motorboating in front of Christy's Mom.
- DJ Uncle Fester.
- Mike and Christy tie the knot!
- Walking and stopping traffic on the way to take pictures.
- Buck high fives his way into the reception and then
spins Christy
- Team Durundo vs. Team Genesee
- Shots, Shots, Shots at the reception.
- Drunk Bus - How did I not take that?
- Pimpin abounds: Brett (apparently still on fire) and Allison,
Wiggins and Kristin, Dane and Lori.
- "He must be looking for the other Mindy."
- Beer pong and Flip Cup in the hotel lobby!
- Beer Pong with someone who had a superbowl ring, we don't
know who.
- Seventeen vs. Decade in Beer Pong.
- 5 Porcelain God worshippers.
- Fun morning breakfasts and attempting to find tux pieces.
That's all I can remember, additions welcome. Oh and I should probably
mention that I've been single for a while now. Pretty much since
my last post.

After many trips through the pictures from
Buck's amazing bachelor party weekend extravaganza, I've
posted the sane ones. I really can't believe that it completely
lived up to all the hype. I thought that it was impossible.
We had 19 people make it out Saturday night and 21 people total
throughout the weekend. Somehow my house survived, but my kitchen
floor did not. I think for most of us, the memory of the weekend is
something like
this.
A major highlight from the weekend is that we managed to break the
giant beer pong record (atleast for all people I know) of with a
game of
422
cups (211 per side). The game took about 2 hours to play.

It has certainly been a long time since I've posted to this website,
more than 2 months. A lot has happened in 2 months. I became single and
met the wonderful Christine. I'm happily off the market again.
Christmas followed the usual pattern - home for a couple days to celebrate
with the family and do whatever chores my parents have lined up for me.
As per usual there was a fun night out with my friends from home (Sorry,
I forgot my camera, so no pics).
Then it was off to Philly, where I spent
New Years
with Brett, Christine, Jim (Brett's Roomate) and some of Jim's
friends. After pre-gameing at Brett's we headed out and finally found
the Piano Bar which had only a small cover.
After that, we headed down to Florida to meet up with 12 of my closest friends
for the
PSU Bowl Game. Thankfully,
Penn State pulled out the win over Florida State in triple overtime. It was
the most stressful game that I've ever been to. Special thanks to Curt for
doing most of the leg work and to Mark for putting up the cash for tickets
until everyone could pay him back.
Bowl Trip Highlights
- This place is the "The Tittiest!"
- "I will kill you and r... your mother"
- Curt sits on the pizza
- PSU Alumni destroy seniors in flip cup 3-0
- PSU destoys Florida State fans in flip cup 5-0
- I run into BK and friends in Florida all painted up,
only after Nate tries to give them Beers and takes them away

- Voodoo Lounge anyone? Not me!
- Fireworks anyone
- "We smoked that pile."
- "Brett, get out of the car!"
- We get free beer, food and a grill after the game for our victory
party. Brett finds Ketchup and runs back victoriously.
